In order to join Phils Cash Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.

We do not accept underage affiliates, we reserve the rights to deny any person or company to be accepted in our program without any reason.

We also have the rights to suspend an account that we find suspicious, i.e. an account that has too many chargebacks and refunds.

Our affiliate sites cannot be promoted using spam techniques (e-mail spam, newsgroup and IRC posts, hidden marketing, adware, spyware or other spam methods). It is prohibited to attract visitors to Phils Cash sites using these techniques.

You cannot use spamming to direct traffic to our sites.

We do not accept traffic from sites that violate intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal rights or other rights).

It is forbidden to show our banners and links on pages that have the following terms in Meta tags, page title, page body or anywhere else in the HTML code : "Lolita", "child", "children", "underage", "pre-teen", "minor", "rape", "bestiality", "incest" or their synonyms. If this rule is not respected, your account will be terminated immediately.

We do not accept sites that ask their visitors to join our own site in order to access theirs. You will only be paid for real members that you have referred to our site using legitimate methods.

You will not receive any money if you cheat your visitors in any way.

It is prohibited to make fake signups, traffic or clicks to any of the sites in our affiliate program.

Any attempt to cheat on us will lead to your account's immediate termination. In this case, the money from your account will be lost and you will possible be prosecuted.

The banners must only be served from your own server.

You will have to provide your real personal information. If there are any problems with your account, we will try to contact you using the information you have provided.

The minimum payout sum is $100.

By reading these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that your account can be at any moment suspended without further notice if we discover that prohibited methods were used.

We reserve the rights to modify any of the terms and conditions listed in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion.
